The nation mourned when Charles Manson passed away. He was a beloved American icon and one of the most legendary musicians to ever touch a guitar string.
But despite his wholesome image, did Charles Manson have a secret dark side?
It’s time to investigate.
It’s sad when we have to tear our heroes down. Bill Cosby was one of the greatest comedians of all time until his rape scandal. OJ Simpson was America’s sweetheart until his murder trial. Will Smith was a beloved actor until he was accused of starring in Wild Wild West.
Now it’s time to ask the tough question: was Manson secretly a bad guy?
It’s a difficult question to ask. He was one of the greatest musicians ever. On a short list along with The Beatles, Bob Dylan and Nick Cannon. A hero.
But I hate it to break it to you guys, I’ve found some pretty compelling evidence that Charles Manson wasn’t the sweetheart we thought he was.
I did some deep digging, and I found some bombshell allegations that Charles Manson allegedly ran a murderous cult.
I know, it’s hard to accept. You probably don’t even believe me. But I’m sorry to break it to you.
For example, remember the Manson family? Have ya ever noticed that MANSON is Charles Manson’s LAST NAME? Was Charles Manson connected to the Manson family? It could be a coincidence, but I doubt it.
The Manson family committed the MANSON murders. Charles Manson, Manson family, Manson murders. That’s 3 Manson’s. Are you starting to connect the dots yet?
How did he get away with this? Why did the media give him a pass?
Every time he was on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon never even asked him about it. That’s despicable. Fallon had an alleged murderer on his show, and all he did was toss him softball questions and play karaoke games with him. Hey Jimmy, I don’t wanna watch an alleged cult leader sing Toxic by Britney Spears, I wanna see him address these disturbing allegations.
Other celebrities protected and enabled Manson. Think about all the musicians that Manson collaborated with over the years. Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, Chance The Rapper, ALL these people made songs with Manson even though they knew he was an alleged cult leader. I reached out to them for comment but none of them responded. Typical.
It’s time for us to look deep within ourselves. Can we really continue to support this man’s work? I don’t think it’s right.
I honestly think it’s sickening to see the media and the public continue to praise an alleged murderer. We should all be ashamed.
As soon as I heard about the allegations, I threw away all my Charles Manson CD’s. I even burned the picture I took when I met him in 2009 at Lollapalooza.
Yet another problematic celebrity. Sad.
